构建和谐社会任重而道远--兼析构建和谐劳动关系

自党的十六届四中全会提出“构建社会主义和谐社会”以来，“和谐社会”几乎成了众多媒体的主导语，理论研讨热烈，政府工作积极，但认识并非完全一致。实现社会和谐是人类的美好理想，是一项复杂艰巨的巨大社会工程，而劳动关系和谐是构建和谐社会的重要基础。目前，劳动关系中的问题和矛盾复杂而突出，需特别关注。在确立构建和谐社会的长期规划和阶段目标时，要从理论、制度、体制、机制等方面进行全方位思考，化解社会矛盾，为构建和谐社会创造条件。

To Construct a Harmonized Society Is a Heavy Responsibility and Takes up a Long Course--Analysis on constructing harmonized labor relations

Since the proposal of Constructing a Harmonized Socialist Society at the Sixteenth Meeting of CCP, Harmonized Society has become a dominant phrase in many media. In spite of heated theoretical discussion and positive governmental attitude, opinions on it are not fully agreed on. To realize social harmony has been a human ideal, and it is a huge and complicated social project, harmonized labor relations being its important basi, Recently, there exist complex and outstanding problems regarding labor relations, which need particular attention. When setting up long-term or short-term goals towards constructing a harmonized society, we must give full consideration from angles like theory, system and mechanism, trying to soften social contradiction and create conditions for constructing a harmonized society.
