| 摘 要： | 投标是一个系统工程，提高工程中标率要注意做好四个方面的工作。要拓宽信息渠道，精选投标信息并做好信息管理工作；要强化内部管理、增强企业实力、提高企业信誉；要注意标书精确、报价合理；要加强公关，提高企业知名度。影响工程中标的因素是多方面的，最根本的方面是要认真做好投标文件，最大限度地满足招标文件中规定的实质性要求，并且投标价格合理。
