| Abstract: | Through introducing the method of value engineering, we improve mixed logit (MNL) model which based on the random utility theory and form value engineering logit(VEL) model. Furthermore, we analyze the function and the generalized travel cost for VEL model. Finally, we discuss travelers' classification and aggregate method. |
