Exploration on the Basic Theory of County Economy

County economy is in the special and important position in China. From the broad sense, it means the sum of productive force and relations of production in a county. From the narrow sense, it means the regional economy with characteristics feature of area and perfect functions, which is market-oriented and takes the political power of county as the subject of control in the county economic district. It is an economy of tax, people's livelihood, region, resource and ecology, with characters of regionality, systematicness, entirety, integrity, interdisciplinary, multi-layer, openness, administration, mutability and etc. It is in the foundation position of national economy and the key position of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It plays an important part as consolidating the foundation, linking the past and the future and making the country strong and the people rich in the development of economy and society.
