国外发展低碳经济的经验及对我国的启示

全球环境日益恶化,如何处理好经济发展与资源利用、环境保护之间的关系,已成为全世界关注的焦点。本文通过研究英国、美国、德国、意大利、日本、巴西、印度等国发展低碳经济的经验,结合我国目前经济发展的现状,认为我国未来经济发展的走向是发展低排放、低能耗、低污染的低碳经济。政府应制定一系列有利于低碳经济发展的政策及法律法规,促进低碳经济相关技术的研发和创新,加大对新兴能源和可替代能源的研究力度,实现由资源优势向经济优势的转化,促进我国经济持续发展。
