| 摘 要： | 异地合作环境下,组织决策需要合作伙伴的共同参与.文章提出了虚拟企业环境下各节点协同决策挑选伙伴的模型及机制,在保证各节点利益的前提下实现整体的协同效益.把多智能体理论与协同决策相结合,实现了各节点的交互和协商,保证了协同决策的实现.

| Abstract: | The cooperate organization in different places need all partners to make decisions together.This paper purposes a collaborative model and mechanism for virtual enterprise(VE) decision-making.The model can bring the VE synergic profit.multi-agent System theory has applied to the collaborative mechanism,which realized the VE's decision-making. |
