| 摘 要： | 交通工程专业人才培养应该依据市场对人才的需求,学校本身的特色及其它情况综合定位。石家庄铁道大学交通工程专业依据近年来毕业生就业情况和发展趋势,从教育理念、教学模式、课程设置、教材建设和教学方法和手段等方面提出了符合实际情况的具体教育改革措施。预计这些措施实施后,将进一步提高人才培养的质量,优化就业结构。

| Abstract: | Training traffic engineering talents should be conducted according to the market demand,the school itself characterstics and other situations.According to recent employment situation and development trend of traffic engineering major,Shijiazhuang Railway University put forward specific reform measures meeting the actual situation form aspects such as education concepts,teaching mode,course arrangement,teching material construction and teaching methods and means.After the implementation of these measures,talent training quaility is expected to further improved and the structure of employment will be optimized. |
