| 摘 要： | 云南是全国的四大林区省份之一,林业在国民经济和社会发展中占有极其重要的地位。分析了云南林业可持续发展面临的障碍因素,提出了以保护森林资源为基础,以科技为手段,以人力资本为核心,以制度、政策、法规为保障的战略措施,以促进云南林业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Yunnan province is one of the largest forestry provinces in China. Forestry is very important in the national economy and community development. The factors influencing Yunnan forestry sustainable development were analyzed, some strategy measures such as protecting forest resource as basement, science and technology as instrumentality, human capital as focus, and bylaw, policy and law as ensure were proposed in the paper. The purpose was to the forestry sustainable development of Yunnan province. |
