饭店员工薪酬公平感和满意感对员工工作积极性的影响

摘    要:通过广东10家饭店进行的实证研究,探讨饭店薪酬管理公平性、员工的薪酬满意感对员工的工作态度和工作行为的影响.数据分析结果表明:饭店薪酬管理公平性对员工的归属感、工作积极性和工作绩效有显著的正向影响,员工的薪酬满意感对员工的归属感和工作绩效有显著的正向影响。

Abstract:The author has done an empirical study to investigate the effect of employees' perception of pay fairness and pay satisfaction on their attitudes and behaviors in ten hotels in Guangdong.The results of data analysis indicate that employees' perception of organizational justice has a significant positive impact on their affective commitment to the hotel,work effort and performance.,and their pay satisfaction has a significant positive impact on their affective commitment and work performance.
