| 摘 要： | 构建了供应链绩效评价指标体系，运用综合评价和模糊数学的相关理论建立了模糊综合评价模型，并用层次分析法中权的最小平方法来确定各评价指标的权重。最后通过具体案例的计算和分析，说明该评价模型有助于企业有针对性地改进供应链整体绩效。
