院校学生管理工作中常遇的问题及其解决对策

学校是向社会输送人才的重要基地,学生管理工作直接影响社会主义现代化建设人才的培养。学生管理工作的好坏,直接影响着学生的整体素质,同时也是影响高等学校办学质量,制约高等教育发展最为重要的因素。在新的形势下如何进行学生管理工作,是我们学生工作者应该不断探索与思考的课题。这就要求高职院校的学生管理工作,要从健全层级管理、建立科学管理队伍、思想品德教育突出职业教育的特点等方面解决新问题。

School is an important base to supply social qualified personnel; student management directly affects the cultivation of socialist modernization. The quality of student management directly affects the overall quality of students, but also affects the quality of higher education, which is the most important factor restricts development of higher education. In the new situation, how to do the student management is the issue for us, as student workers, should continue to explore and consider. This requires the management of vocational college students to solve new problems from the aspects of sound level of management, the establishment of scientific management team to highlight the ideological and moral education and other aspects of the characteristics of vocational education.
