| 摘 要： | 股权分置改革试点方案虽然吸收了理论界和市场人士对相关方案设计的成果,并在可操作性上有新的突破,在矫正制度走偏的过程中又容忍和放大制度走偏以及在如何体现A股含权的方式方法上存在不足等。因此,完善试点必须在立足当前的同时从长远利益着眼,把启动新股全流通与完善对存量的分散决策试点有效结合起来,才能收到预期的效果。

| Abstract: | Share Split Structure(SSS)Reform Tentative Scheme absorbed the relative scheme essence indicated by Theoretical Circle and Market professionals and lrealized a breakthrough in maneuverability.But it has a lot of imperfection and shortages,such as:acceptance and magnifying mechanism tolerance amid tolerance correcting,insufficiency methods in A-share split,etc.Therefore,it can be anticipated of goed results by relying on the current and long-term interests,making an effective combination of the full circulation of newly-listed shares and the perfection of the dispersing experiments on remnant shares. |
