摘    要:介绍了大庆石化公司塑料厂线性低密度聚乙烯装置采用中国科学技术大学先进控制技术对反应器温度预测模型进行操作指导的情况,主要论述了在应用过程中采用的方法,预先调节催化剂加料器转数,控制4001T46循环水阀开度,来减少反应温度的波动。从而保证装置平稳运行。

Abstract:Linear low density polyethylene unit of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company Plastic Plant applying advanced control technology of China University of Science and Technology to operate temperature prediction model reactor was introduced. Methods in application process were mainly discussed. For instance, in order to ensure smooth operation of devices, revolution of catalyst feeding device was pre-adjusted and opening of 4001T46 cycle valve was controlled to reduce reaction temperature fluctuations.
