思茅市茶树资源开发与产业发展对策研究

茶叶品质与气候地理等自然条件密切相关。本文认为,思茅地区气候、地形独特,茶树资源生态条件优越,茶叶种群类型多,种植面积大,群众基础好,但也存在一些问题如面积大,产量低,效益较差。文章提出,开发利用思茅地区丰富的茶树资源,要从资源特点入手,针对不同的资源类型采取不同的开发策略。第一,对于古茶树资源,要在保护中开发,重在茶叶相关产业的发展。要在侧重保护的同时加工生产名特优产品,创立古茶树产品品牌,使其生态历史价值转化为商业价值,并开发旅游等相关产业,使茶叶产业链向其他领域延伸。第二,开发现代茶树资源,要提高科技含量和企业化经营程度。要加强资金和技术投入,稳定种植面积,提高集约化程度,制订科学实际的发展规划,注重绿色环保生态建设,争取项目基金扶持,加大招商引资力度。

Research on Resources Development of Tea Tree and the Development of this Industry in Simao

The authors point out that the quality of tea is closely related to such natural conditions as climate and geography.Though Simao has favorable conditions in tea tree resources,there are some problems with it.To develop this kind of resources,we should,first,rational develop ancient tea tree resources,protect this resources while development,stimulate innovation and develop more such related industries as tourism;second,increase capital and technological investment,draw the scientific and practical plan to pay more attention to environmental protection and try to attract more capital.
