| 摘 要： | 循环经济是减少环境污染、保护自然资源的全新经济发展模式，生态工业园区是一种以追求更高物质利用率和能量转化效率，更少废物排放甚至零排放为目标的企业地域分布形式。具有环境保护意义和生态绿色概念的工业园区，是发展循环经济的最好实现形式。
