Research on Organization Learning Determinant Factors and Tactics of Airline Strategic Alliance

Aiming at improving the learning ability of airline strategic alliance partners, this paper proposes determinant model of success learning in airline strategic alliance and strategies to enhance learning capacity.The result shows that capactities to access and comprehend knowledge of an airline company in strategic alliance are jointly determined by transparency of partner and its own receptivity .
