| Abstract: | A team of counselors with high-quality and high starting point is closely related to the sustainable development of independent institute. In this paper, the author analyzed the problems existed in the team of counselors and proposed solutions on the development from the aspects of scientific positioning, enhancing the management, and achieving the role conversion. |
