摘    要:澎湃的文化圈地让政府与企业有了新的握手方式,却圈不出中国的"好莱坞"厦门同安新区洪塘镇,从李超简易的办公室向外望去,占地1000亩、号称中国版"迪斯尼"的厦门华强文化科技产业基地项目正在施工。李超是厦门华强文化科技有限公司副总经理,30多岁的他留着干练的板寸头,项目进入施工阶段让他放松不少,"我们施工还是比较快的。"他说。这个安徽男人大学一毕业就加入了深圳华强集团,随后被派往全国各地开拓文化项目。

Cultural "Land Grabs"
Abstract:Since the release of the government’s plan to promote the cultural industry,culture has become one of the country’s most popular areas of investment leading to a flood of enterprises and individuals throughout China to begin expanding into the cultural arena. At this point they all have one goal: acquire real estate.From reliable film and animation companies to less reliable land developers,even enterprises with no relation to the cultural industry, have all become part of the movement to buy up as much land as possible. On August 14th,well-known television host Cui Yongyuan made two posts to his micro-blog criticizing the Changying Group’s(formerly Changchun Film Studio) plans to build a movie theme park on Hainan Island, a project seen by many as a perfect example of the type of land grabs that have been made by companies in recent years.Occupying 467-hectares and total investments of up to 43.6 billion yuan,the project is Changying Group’s attempt to build a world class movie theme park in China.
