培养道德能力:新世纪学校德育的主题

摘    要:道德能力的形成、确立和成熟的过程,是一个将外在的道德知识、道德观念内化为人们内在道德信念,再将内在的道德信念转化为稳定的道德行为趋向的过程。青少年学生的道德形成需要依靠社会、学校、家庭共同协作来完成,尤其是学校德育承担着重要的责任。学生道德能力的培养应遵循学生的自主选择与教育者适度灌输和积极引志有机结合的原则及认知教育与实践教育相结合、外在教育引导与学生自我教育相结合的方法。

Abstract:the process of formation, establishment and maturity of moral ability is a process that change moral knowledge, moral sense into people's moral believe, and change moral sense into steady moral actions. To train young students' moral ability need depend on society, schools and families to finish, especially, moral education of school bear important duty in training students' moral ability, should obey the principle that combine students' autonomous election and teachers' right implantation with positive leading, should obey the way that combine cognition with practice education, combine outside educational leading with students' self-education.
