| 摘 要： | 天然林资源保护工程实施以来,国有林场发展困难重重。通过实地调查研究分析了陕西省商山林场存在的问题及困难,提出国有林场应加强天然林保护工程资金管理,推行全员聘任制,进一步加强森林管护工作,积极调整产业结构,实行林木资产核算制度等建议。该研究对于国有林场在天然林资源保护工程背景下如何走出困境和持续发展具有一定的理论和实践指导价值。

| Abstract: | Since nature forest resource protection project was carried out, state forest farms have met many difficulties. This paper analysised the difficulties and problems of the Shaanxi Shangshan forest farm by the investingation. Some strategies and advances about state forest farms how to get over these hardships and develop sustainably were put forward.This paper is valuable for the state forest farms to get over the hardships and develop sustainably after the implementing of nature forest resource protection project . |
