谈循环经济发展战略下企业的价值取向

随着我国环境污染、生态恶化、资源浪费和资源破坏形势的日益严重,发展循环经济,走可持续发展之路已成为摆在企业面前的重要课题。文章在全面分析了循环经济产生的背景及其对企业经营产生的影响的基础上,指出在发展循环经济的背景下,企业作为社会经济活动的主体,应担负起推动社会和生态环境发展的责任,重新构建企业的价值取向,改变传统的企业只注重自身发展、追求自身利益、追求企业价值最大的经营理念,为关注环保问题,树立全球责任观,把关注全球问题的解决、人类生存环境的改善等作为企业价值取向,围绕循环经济,构建新的企业伦理、新的体制和新的企业文化,使企业的生产方式和管理方式日趋生态化,在推进全球经济社会发展中寻求企业自身发展。

Orientation of Value in an Enterprise under the Circumstances of Recycling Economy Strategy

The problems of Environmental pollution, ecological deteriation, resource waste are becoming more and more serious. How to develop recycling economy and carry out the strategy of sustainable development is very important for an enterprise. The article analyzes the background of recycling economy and its influence on the enterprises. According to recycling economy strategy, enterprises should protect the ecological environment, promote economic development , reconstruct new value and change old concept of pursuing profits. Furthermore,the enterprise should pay attention to environment protection and set up a senze of global responsibility to deal with global problems.Besides, the enterprises should also construct new enterprise ethic, system and culture to make themselves eco-friendly and integrate development of an enterprise with global economic development.
