| Abstract: | Most constmction enterprises, especially those have not undergone the lawsuits, are actually not clear of the law risk. How to evade the law risk of the enterprise is a hard work to them. Therefore, this paper emphasizes, from the point of view keeping away the construction business enterprise law risk to construct them a law guarantee mechanism to provide the beneficial seeking. |
