再论新概念碾压混凝土坝的设计

摘    要:结合我国近年来在碾压混凝土坝和常态混凝土坝的进展,再论新概念碾压混凝土坝。这种混凝土介于碾压混凝土和常态混凝土之间,由稠度(VC值)不同的零坍落度混凝土构成。主要利用振动碾压实,在边缘、孔洞、接近基岩和有钢筋部位可使用VC值较低的零坍落度混凝土以高频振捣器密实。这样全坝或全断面都采用零坍落度混凝土,可免除日常在碾压混凝土坝中另设置常态混凝土或改性混凝土的分区。对这种新概念碾压混凝土坝的特点和设计中应注意的事项作简要的阐述。

Abstract:In combination with the progress on construction technology in RCC dam and conventional concrete dam in China in recent years, a new concept RCC dam is further discussed. The new concept RCC lies between RCC and conventional concrete, with a zero slump and variable VC values. It can be compacted by vibratory roller mostly and by high-frequency vibrator locally in the corners, perimeters, openings, near immediately rock mass and locations with dense steel bars, poured with a zero slump and lower VC RCC. As will be readily seen, the whole section or even dam can be built with a zero slump RCC and an unnecessary zoning for conventional concrete or GE-RCC in the current RCC dam construction can be cancelled. In this paper the features of this new concept RCC and noticeable points in design are also presented.
