| 摘 要： | 本文系统研究了社会资本在企业集群中的作用机理,发现采用共同利益的贷款合同,社会资本能够优化集群组织构建的有效性,并在集群贷款过程中对提升集群组织的还贷率起到决定性作用。在此基础上,本文对中小企业集群的构建、集群融资的贷款合同条款、监管执行等方面作了具体分析,为提高集群组织有效性、促进中小企业集群融资的发展提供切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the mechanism of social capital in cluster financing and finds out that group lending can optimize the effectiveness of cluster financing infrastructure and increase the repayment rate when applying loan contract with joint benefits.Based on the foundation,the author analyzes the construction of SMEs cluster,the clauses of loan contract of cluster financing and its supervision,and give some practical advices for the development of cluster financing within the SMEs. |
