发展文化产业推进海西建设

改革开放20多年来，福建文化产业逐渐发展壮大，现已初具规模，但从总体上看还处于产业发展的初级阶段，与建设文化强省的目标还有较大的差距。必须进一步转变观念，积极推进文化体制改革，加大文化产业发展中的科技含量，扩大对台、对外文化交流合作，大力培养文化产业人才，以促进文化产业的发展。

Develop Cultural Industry and Push forward Construction of Western Strait Economic Zone

During the past 20 years of reform and opening up, the cultural industry in Fujian gradually grew and now took shape initially, but located in the early stage of industry development on the whole and had a bigger margin far from the aim of building a cultural strong province. We should further change ideas, aggressively push forward the reform of cultural system, enlarge the science and technology content in the development of cultural industry, extend the interaction and cooperation with Taiwan and with other countries, strongly foster the cultural industry talented person to promote the development of cultural industry.
