| 摘 要： | 本文主要从函数形式的建立、模型的估计、模型的检验以及模型存在的问题及处理措施四个方面对住宅特征价格模型进行理论分析和总结,为实证研究中模型函数形式的选择、模型的估计和检验方法以及如何避免和处理模型中存在的问题提供了理论依据。
