| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了建国后北京旧城城市功能的演变和功能区建设的沿革.通过建立评价体系,从"主导产业的发展潜力"和"功能区建设对旧城整体风貌保护的影响"两大方面和六个影响因素出发,对1990年代以来旧城15个建成、在建和规划的功能区进行了综合评价.

| Abstract: | This paper firstly looks back briefly on the evolution of urban function and the evolution of construction of functional districts of Beijing old city after the founding of P.R.C.By constructing evaluation index system,it carries out an appraisal,which bases on two aspects and six impact factors that apply to the functions of 15 constructed,constructing and planed districts of Beijing old city since 1990s.The two aspects consist of the development potential of leading industries and the impact on the comprehensive protection of historic cityscape by the construction of functional districts. |
