| 摘 要： | 指出重组改制后，在石油物资供应部门实施标准监督已成为当务之急，应建立一套有效模式：建立完善的实施标准监督机构，提高全员的标准化意识，建立物资技术标准、管理标准、工作标准“三位一体”的监督体系，开展行之有效的标准化监督检查活动。

| Abstract: | After the reorganization and institutional shift in China's oil enterprises,it has become an urgent task to carry out standard supervision in oil-related material supply departments.An effective model should be established to carry out standard supervision and to raise staff's awareness of standardization.It is suggested to establish a supervisory system characterized by a trinity of material-related technical standards,management standards,and operational standards.It is advisable to hold effective checkups for standardized supervision. |
