| 摘 要： | 阐述了市场经济条件下油田计量检测设备的运行现状并对其原因进行了分析。提出在市场经济条件下发挥油田计量检测设备效用的几点做法；提高检测人员的素质；增强检定机构的检定能力；将油田检定设备上网进行全局调度；提高知名度，开展对外服务；激发检定人员的工作积极性和热情。

| Abstract: | A review is made of the present operation of oilfield measuring and calibrating equipment under the condition of market economy and an analysis is made of the causes of the existing problems.It is thought that in the context of market economy,the utility of oilfield measuring and calibrating equipment can be brought into full play by improving the quality of calibrating staff,enhancing the technical competence of calibrating bodies,putting oilfield calibrating equipment onto the network for overall dispatch,increasing notability by providing service for other enterprises,and stimulating the initiative and enthusiasm of calibrating staff. |
