企业技术创新流程及专利情报分析框架研究

当前，全球科技竞争日益加剧，国家从各方面加大力度支持企业技术创新。技术创新是一个从技术-经济的发展过程，高质量的情报支持有助于加快企业创新步伐，取得创新成功。针对企业技术创新流程系统构建了专利情报分析框架，根据不同阶段的情报需求特点提出情报研究内容，设计了专利分析指标组合和分析方法，以期深化专利信息资源的研究利用，更好地服务于企业技术创新。

Research on Enterprise Technology Innovation Process and Patent Information Analysis Frame work

At present, the global competition in science and technology is increasingly intensifying, and China is increasing efforts to support enterprise technological innovation from all aspects. Enterprise technological innovation is a process of technology economy development, high quality information support is helpful to accelerate the pace of enterprise innovation and achieve innovation success. The patent information analysis framework was constructed systematically, and the information research content, patent analysis index combination and analysis method was designed according to the characteristics of different information needs in the four stages of technological innovation process. It is expected to deepen the research and utilization of patent information resources and better serve the technological innovation of enterprises.
