| 摘 要： | 针对锰粉矿压制冷压球团时压球设备（对辊压球机）出现结拱、喂料不足以及脱模困难等问题．通过对压球机的结构及工作原理的分析，解释了出现以上问题的基本原因，并在此基础上对设备进行了一系列的改造，使设备满足了工业生产的需要。

Research on Modification of the Twinroller for Cold -press Pellets with Manganese Ore Powder |

| Abstract: | when manganese ore powder are pressed to cold - press pellets by twinroller, it appears a serial of problems such as pack set, lack of feedstock, difficulty of stripping and so on. Based on analyzing the configuration and working principle of twinroller, the reason for occurrence of the above problems were explained, and a lot of modification to the machine have been made which make the equipment be fit for industry requirement. |
