摘    要:校企合作办学模式是职业教育的基本特征和发展方向。针对目前高职院校校企合作不够深入的现状,构建了紧密的战略伙伴型校企合作办学模式,重点就校企共同搭建就业教育服务体系、共建专业教学指导委员会、共同制定以职业能力结构为主线的人才培养方案、携手实施工学结合的三段式人才培养体系、共同打造高素质"双师型"教师队伍、共建互惠共享型实训基地、共同开发以培养职业技能为主线的教材等七个方面的实施进行分析。并在此基础上,探讨了建立政府主管部门、企业及学校"三位一体"的合作协调机制、"双轨制"的人才教育机制、市场化的利益分配机制、合作项目驱动机制、合作考核激励机制等运行机制,以促进和保障紧密的战略伙伴型校企合作办学模式的健康运行。

Abstract:The cooperation of school and enterprise is the basic characteristic of vocational education. Aiming at the current school-enterprise cooperation status, a close strategic partnership model for school-enterprise cooperation was built, which focused on construction of education services system and professional education committee, implement of talent training and cultivation scheme, building of double-quality teacher team, construction of mutual sharing practice bases and development of teaching material. Furtherrnore, "trinity" cooperative coordinated mechanism of government department, business and school, "dual rail" talent educational mechanism, market-based interest distribution mechanism, project drive mechanism and assessment and incentives mechanism were promoted and analyzed in order to ensure the operation of close strategic partnership oriented school-enterprise cooperation healthily.
