| 摘 要： | 印度尼西亚是我国的海上邻居、重要的水产品贸易伙伴和远洋渔业发展基地。本文探讨了印尼的渔业行政管理机构、主要渔业法律法规的表现形式、重要的渔业法律制度、渔业执法机构以及渔业法庭。在我国与东盟于2010年1月建成自由贸易区的背景下,应积极开展与印尼的渔业交流与合作,借鉴其有益的渔业法律制度,制定更有针对性的远洋渔业发展政策,审慎决策经营印尼远洋渔业项目。

| Abstract: | Indonesia is our sea neighboring country, the important trade partner of fishery products and cooperative state of distant fishery. The Indonesian fisheries administrations, forms of major fisheries laws and regulations, important legal regimes concerning fisheries, enforcement power of fisheries law, and fisheries court are explored. China and ASEAN have constructed the Free Trade Area since January 2010. It is concluded that China shall actively develop fisheries exchange and cooperation with Indonesia, absorb those useful Indonesian legal regimes concerning fisheries, make more aiming policy of Indonesian distant fishery, and cautiously make decision and operate distant fishery in Indonesia. |
