论职业技术教育和农村剩余劳动力的有序转移

该文从职业技术教育的视角探讨了农村剩余劳动力的有序转移问题。笔者认为农民素质和技能低下是农村剩余劳动力有序转移的内在制约因素,而农民又有提高素质和获得职业技术教育的内在动力,因此发展职业技术教育是实现农村剩余劳动力有序转移的有效途径。

The Education on Vocational Technique And The Orderly Transformation of Village Surplus labor Forces

The paper probes the problem on the transfer of the village surplus labor forces at the angle of the education on vocational technique. The author considered that the low level of competence and skills is the internal restricted factor which affected labor forces transfer, and the peasants have the inside motivation that they hope to enhance their quality and grasps the vocational technique. Thus , developing the education on the vocational technique is an efective path that achieve the orderly transfer of village surplus labor forces.
