基于统筹城乡发展视角的农村土地管理问题研究

在我国城乡差距不断加大,“三农”问题不断突出的背景下,成都市和重庆市被批准为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区。在统筹城乡发展中,土地统筹是重中之重的问题,尤其是目前农村集体土地管理制度严重制约城乡协调发展,对其进行改革势在必行。文章基于统筹城乡发展的视角,探讨农村土地管理存在的制约因素,针对问题提出农村土地管理制度改革的具体措施和建议。
