浅谈化工企业电气自动化控制设备的可靠性

随着社会经济的发展以及信息化与智能化的深度融合,电气自动化技术的应用范围逐步扩大。自动化技术在工业、农业、商业、交通运输、医疗、国防、科学研究等方面均已得到应用。当前,电气自动化控制系统在化工企业中的应用日益深入,所以确保电气自动化控制设备的可靠性至关重要。基于此,论文首先阐述化工企业电气自动化控制设备的可靠性及其影响因素,然后从四个方面论述提高化工企业电气自动化控制设备可靠性的策略,以供相关人士参考。

Discussion on the Reliability of Electrical Automation Control Equipment in Chemical Enterprises

With the development of society and economy and the deep integration of informatization and intelligence,the application scope of electrical automation technology is gradually expanding.Automation technology has been applied in industry,agriculture,commerce,transportation,medical treatment,national defense,scientific research and other fields.At present,the application of electrical automation control system in chemical enterprises is increasingly in-depth,so it is very important to ensure the reliability of electrical automation control equipment.Based on this,this paper firstly expounds the reliability and its influencing factors of electrical automation control equipment in chemical enterprises,and then discusses the strategies to improve the reliability of electrical automation control equipment in chemical enterprises from four aspects,so as to provide a reference for relevant people.
