Research on the Operation of Fine Management of Hospital Logistics Support Work

This paper emphasizes the necessity of fine management of hospital logistics support work,and analyzes the existing situation and problems of hospital logistics support combined with relevant work practice.The paper puts forward relevant strategies,such as building a perfect fine management supporting system,carrying out fine logistics cost accounting,and introducing"one-stop"logistics service according to the actual needs,then promote the hospital internal management to achieve standardization,refinement,science,standardization,and improve the hospital’s overall operation efficiency and realize the modernization management process of the hospitals.
