摘    要:在信息化技术快速发展的时代,以信息化技术为基础的建筑信息模型技术也在快速地发展,它是一种现代化建筑业发展的成果。BIM作为其中的核心技术,发挥着重要的作用。由于自然灾害如地震的频繁发生,给人们的生命健康和财产安全带来了巨大的危害和损失,因此,需要对现有建筑进行改造,提高建筑本身的抗震水平。对于新的建筑物我们要采取一种新的设计方法去使其更加稳定牢固,最大程度地减少自然灾害对建筑物的损坏。

Abstract:In the era of rapid development of informatization technology,building information model technology based on informatization technology is also developing rapidly.It is a result of the development of modern construction industry.As the core technology,BIM plays an important role.Due to the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquake,it has brought great harm and loss to people’s life,health and property safety.Therefore,it is necessary to transform the existing buildings to improve the earthquake resistant level of the building itself.For new buildings,we should adopt a new design method to make them more stable and strong,and minimize the damage of natural disasters to buildings.
