二元经济结构视角下民生性财政支出与消费关系研究

习近平总书记指出目前中国正处于新发展阶段,我们要加快构建新发展格局,扩大内需,刺激消费。在此背景下,论文依托中国2013-2019年31个省相关的统计数据,利用个体固定效应模型分析民生性财政支出各组成部分对城乡居民消费水平的共性和差异化影响。研究表明,环境保护和住房保障支出对于城乡居民消费水平都没有显著的作用,而教育支出、社会保障和就业这两项支出对城镇居民消费水平的作用较为显著,医疗卫生支出对农村居民来说是正向的。

Research on the Relationship Between Private Fiscal Expenditure and Consumption from the Perspective of Dual Economic Structure

General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that China is now in a new stage of development,and we need to accelerate the construction of a new pattern of development,expand domestic demand and stimulate consumption.In this context,based on the relevant statistical data of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2019,this paper uses the individual fixed effect model to analyze the common and differentiated impacts of various components of private fiscal expenditure on the consumption level of urban and rural residents.The research shows that the expenditure on environmental protection and housing security has no significant effect on the consumption level of urban and rural residents,while the expenditure on education,social security and employment has a significant effect on the consumption level of urban residents,and the expenditure on medical and health care has a positive effect on the consumption level of rural residents.
