产业协调政策对中国—东盟区域经济合作的博弈分析

由于中国和东盟所处的产业化水平、产业构造和资源禀赋都存在差别,在单纯的市场规律作用下,很难实现中国—东盟区域资源的合理配置和区域整体发展的最优。中国和东盟的各个国家都应积极参与国际经济交流和产业合作,探索产业协调的各种政策措施,协调中国和东盟的产业合作关系,使之形成互补和互动关系,发生共振和共进效应,完成资源、资金、劳动等因素的整合,在推进各国自身经济发展的同时,增进中国—东盟整个区域的整体得益。

Game Theory Analysis of Industry Coordinating Policy on China-ASEAN Economic Cooperation

Due to the discrepancy on industrialization level,industrial structure and natural resources endowments between China and ASEAN,it is hard to realize the rational allocation of resources and achieve the best overall regional development under the simple laws of market.This paper suggests that China and all ASEAN countries should be positive in participating in the international economic exchange and industry cooperation,exploring various policies and measures of industry coordination,moderating the industry cooperation between China and ASEAN to form a complementary and interactive relationship.Such effort will bring out a resonance and an effect of mutual improvement,and complete the regional integration of resources,capital,labor and other factors.As a result,it will enhance the overall benefit for China and ASEAN as a whole will be enhanced while each country’s economic development will be promoted.
