广西百色民营企业经济发展方式转变研究

百色民营企业经济发展方式转变中存在不少问题:环境不太乐观;资金紧缺、融资困难;产业结构不合理、市场竞争力不强;科技及管理人才不足;经济规模较小,产业链条短,集群优势不突出;企业管理相对落后,跟不上经济发展的要求;部分民营企业发展模式滞后,没有做到可持续发展。对此,应通过采取优化发展环境、拓宽融资渠道、调整产业结构、积极引进人才、延长产业链条、创建自有品牌、加强科技开发等措施来解决。

Research on Economic Development Transition Modes for Private Enterprises in Baise

Many problems emerged during the economic development transition of private enterprises in Baise: a less promising environment,shortage of capitals,difficulties in financing,irrational industrial structure,less market competitiveness,lack of talents for science and technology and management,a smaller economy scale and shorter industry chain,less advantage in cluster economy,relatively unprogressive enterprise management that couldn’t meet the requirement of economic development and disability of some private enterprises to keep a sustainable development,etc.,This research suggests that measures should be taken to solve the above problems.These measures include: to optimize the development environment and broaden financing channels,to adjust the industrial structure and introduce talents extend industrial chain,to create private brands and strengthen the development of science and technology.
