摘    要:利用1997—2007年的面板数据,基于非参数数据包络分析(DEA)测算桂林市城区及所辖12个县域农业全要素生产率,并对其进行分解,结果显示,在考察期间农业全要素生产率保持稳定的增长,平均年增长率为1.6%,而引起全要素生产率增长的主要因素是技术进步,其贡献值达到3.1%。桂林市城区及所辖12个县域农业全要素生产率提高属于技术诱导型的增长模式。提高农业技术效率水平是桂林市未来提高农业全要素生产率的潜在动力。

Abstract:Using panel data from1997 to 2007,based on non-parametric data envelopment analysis(DEA),this paper estimates and factorizes the agricultural total factor productivity(TFP)in urban area and 12 counties under the jurisdiction of Guilin.The findings show that,during the period of the study on agriculture,the TFP increases steadily,and the average growth rate is 1.6% per year.The main factor causing the increase of TFP is technology progress,the contribution of which amounts to 3.1%.The improvement of agricultural total factor productivity in Guilin’s urban area and its 12 counties can be defined as a technical inducement model.And the improvement of the efficiency on agricultural technology is a potential incentive to upgrade Guilin’s future agricultural TFP.
