| 摘 要： | 从企业自身、境内资本市场以及国家经济稳定发展三方面出发,分析优质大型企业境内上市的必要性。优质大型企业境内上市有利于提升企业自身的竞争力,有利于促进境内证券市场发展,也有利于国家经济稳步发展。因此,应从各方面促进优质大型企业境内上市。
