| 摘 要： | 通过对市场经济条件下火电厂的安全与经济、经营与生产、运行管理与设备管理的关系进行分析,提出了安全工作应围绕经济效益进行,应建立生产与经营相联系的指标体系和管理体系,在自动化程度较高的电厂中,发电生产的经济管理应以设备管理为主,技术人员要学习经济学等具有实际指导意义的观点。

| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of relations between safety and economy,operation and production,operation and maintenance management of coal-fired power plants in market economy background,the following suggestions are proposed:safety management should be focused on economic benefits,data and management systems related with production and operation should be established,staffs in highly automated power plants should prioritize equipments maintenance for plant economic management,and technical staffs should learn economics knowledge. |
