借鉴日本农协金融经验推动我国农村信用社改革

随着十八届三中全会的落幕，我国在支持农业发展方面的政策也越来越明了，政策倾向于支持合作经济的发展。日本在发展合作社经济（农业协同组合，简称农协）起步较早，积累了丰富的经验。因此，本文首先简要地介绍了日本农协的概况，然后分析了日本农协是如何在金融方面为农村经济的发展提供支持的，总结其成功经验，在此基础上比对我国农村信用社存在的问题，提出相应的政策建议。

Promoting Chinese Rural Credit Cooperative Reform by Using Japanese Agricultural Cooperatives Experience for Reference

With the Third Plenary Session of the eighth ended, our policy in support ot agricultural develop- ment has become increasingly clear. The policy tends to support cooperation in economic development. Japan＇s e- conomy in the development of cooperatives { Japan Agricultural Cooperatives, short of JA ） started earlier and has accumulated rich experience. Therefore, this paper briefly describes an overview of Japan Agricultural Coopera- tives, then analyzes how the Japanese Agricultural Association is providing financial support for rural economic de- velopment, summarize the successful experience . On the basis of them and according to the presence of Chinese rural credit cooperatives the problem, appropriate policy recommendations have been given
