摘    要:客户关系管理系统是一款B/S架构的网络应用系统,有助于企业对客户进行管理,提高企业效益的目的。本文对客户关系管理系统的需求分析,用例设计,数据库设计和系统实施进行了详细阐述。

Abstract:The customer relationship management system is a section of the network's application systems, and promotes the customer management, to make full use of and improve efficiency and working quality and improve enterprise benefit purpose. In this paper, the needs analysis, use case design, database design and implementation of the system are to be lined in detail.
