| 摘 要： | 对我国对创新型城市概念、内涵和分类上的理解不足，借助城市经济基础和城市功能的相关理论，阐明了城市功能、科技创新与创新型城市建设的关系，在解释了城市科技创新功能的概念、内涵和表现方式的基础上，重点从城市经济活动的基本部分与非基本部分两个方面人手，构建了城市科技创新功能的评价指标体系，提出了科技创新城市的概念内涵，并初步设定了科技创新城市的界定标准及相关参数。其研究结果为推动创新型城市的理论研究，也为创新型城市的具体发展模式和未来路径选择提供一种参考。
