| Abstract: | The money influence,housing improvement,work and life convenience,obtain process,and residential environment are the main influence factors of renting demand intend of migrant workers.Therefore,meeting the demand will of peasant workers' renting needs the reasonable rent,scientific layout,and public rent project planning,balanced traffic,education and living facilities. |
