| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国城市群发展迅速,但竞合水平较低。从总体来看,我国城市群竞合主要存在竞合意识缺乏、竞争多于合作、形式大于实效、重硬件轻软件等问题。要提升我国城市群的竞合水平,必须加强竞合制度的建设,改善软环境及参与国际竞合,使竞争与合作相互促进,推动城市群经济健康发展。
