扩大居民对国内商品和劳务的需求——基于中国居民消费的国内外构成分析

当前,积极的财政政策和货币政策以及相应的收入政策的出台和调整都着眼于扩大国内居民消费进而刺激产出和就业。但国内需求的现状却没有得到根本性的扭转。通过对我国居民消费的国内外结构的历史分析和与其他国家的对比分析,得出目前中国内需中居民消费的国内外结构严重失衡的结论。因此当务之急是扭转和调整这种失衡局面,以扩大居民对国内商品和劳务的需求为中心思路去制订宏观经济政策,这样扩大内需政策才可能真正见成效。

Expanding Resident''''s Demand for the Domestic Goods and Labor Service:Elements Analysis Based on Chinese Residents'''' Consumption Both at Home & Abroad

At present, adjustment of positive financial policy, monetary policy and corresponding income policy aimed at expanding the domestic residents' consumption to stimulate the output and employment. But the present state of the domestic demand has not got fundamental turning back. By making a history analysis of domestic and international structure to the residents' consumption of China and making contrast analysis of other countries, the paper draws the conclusion of serious out-of-balance for domestic and international structure of the residents' consumption while needing at home at present. So the task is to turn back and adjust such out-of-balance situation, expanding resident's demand for the domestic goods and labor service should be the center to make the macro economic policy. In this way the policy of expanding domestic demands may just really become effective.
